Hi! I’m Shay

I got into therapy because I knew I wanted to help people. So often our culture can make us feel alone, not good enough, or broken; but my goal is to help reverse those thoughts and help you reconnect to joy, community, and confidence.

I use tools like Internal Family Systems (IFS), CBT, and polyvagal theory to help you understand what’s going on beneath the surface and work toward greater self-awareness and healing. But mostly I work to create a space where you feel safe to be your full, authentic self- because that is where the magic happens.

I believe therapy should be accessible, so my rates start at $100.
